Schwung

Schwung is a lighting studio founded by Rudi Nijssen, an antiques dealer from the Netherlands, and Dominique Sente, a former goldsmith from Belgium, who brought a shared background in collecting and craft to designing their own pieces. Every fixture is designed and made in Poland from solid brass, hand finished and paired with glass that ranges from mouth blown to cast, with the studio stating that almost 98 percent of the materials it uses, from fixture to packaging, are recyclable. At Moonlight Design you'll find Schwung's full range of chandeliers, including the multi-arm Globe Cluster and Armstrong Linear collections, alongside single and multi-light pendants such as Globe and Balance, wall sconces including Armstrong and Dawn, flush ceiling lights, and the Milan floor and table lamp series. Glass finishes span opal matte, transparent, ribbed Dries and marbled styles, giving each family a distinct sculptural silhouette suited to statement dining and living spaces.
