Schwung Glass Globe Opal Single Pendant - Opal Glass

The Schwung Glass Globe Single Pendant in opal glass takes the same clean, brasserie inspired silhouette as the transparent version and gives it an entirely different quality of light. The opal glass diffuses the light completely, producing a soft, even glow that has none of the directionality of transparent glass. Available in five sizes from 200mm to 600mm, it is one of the most scalable pendants in the Schwung range, working equally well as a compact single pendant or as a generous statement drop in a room with good ceiling height.

Hung in a row above a kitchen island or dining table the repeated opal globes create a rhythm that is warm and genuinely inviting. Used as a single pendant in a bedroom or hallway it is quietly confident and completely resolved. Available in Black Gunmetal, Lacquered Burnished Brass and Polished Nickel, and made to order at Schwung's workshop in Namyslow, Poland.

N.B:

• Clean brass frames regularly using a soft cloth or duster. A damp cloth may also be used. Make sure the frame is dry before switching it back on. DO NOT use any cleaning agents for brass parts.
• Clean glass globes regularly with a soft dry cloth. Clean only the outside of the globe. For dirtier glass, use a wet cloth first. Grease can be cleaned with a gentle glass cleaner.
• All Schwung fittings are made to order and are therefore non-returnable.
