I've got a large/bulk order to place, can I have a discount?
We'd be happy to help! Please email us at sales@moonlightdesign.co.uk for your best bulk price! Kindly include the product reference(s) and quantities and we will come back to you with our best price.
Do you offer discounts on Collingwood and Hunza?
Sure! Enjoy a 10% discount on Hunza and LuxR purchases over £250 using the code NZ10 at checkout.
For Collingwood orders over £500, please enter the code COLLINGWOOD5 to save 5%.
How do I use my discount code?
You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out, as it can't be applied later. When you apply the promo code to your order, you'll see the total of your order change to reflect the code.
Why is the code not working for me?
Discount codes are valid only for full-price items and cannot be used on sale or already discounted items. If the code doesn't work on your full-price order, please contact us for help.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount or promo code can be used per order (not applicable to sale items).
The product I purchased is now on sale. Can you refund me the difference?
We do not offer price adjustments or matches for orders placed outside of the sale period. Our prices fluctuate based on supplier promotions, stock, and customer demand. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds for the difference in such cases.
The sale item I wanted has returned to its original price. Can I still get it at the sale price?
We understand the frustration when prices change after a sale. However, we're unable to extend sale prices once the promotion has ended. After the sale, items will return to regular prices or may be discontinued. Stay informed about future sales and promotions by subscribing to our newsletter!
Will my discount code apply during a sale period?
Discount codes cannot be used for items already discounted during a sale period. However, you can apply any discount code to eligible full-priced items.

If an item(s) is in my basket, can I reserve it?
Unfortunately, an item(s) isn’t yours until you have completed the purchase at the checkout
Will I be able to use a Buy Now Pay Later option during the sale?
Absolutely. Our Buy Now, Pay Later options will still operate as normal during our sales and promotions.
Do you offer Blue Light or First Time buyer discounts?
We aim to offer the best price at all times, to all customers, whether you are a Blue Light, first time or repeating customer, eliminating the necessity for discount codes.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?

How do I exchange my order for something else?
We do not offer exchanges, however, if you want to return your order for a different fitting, you will need to order the new product at the same time/before sending the unwanted item back.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account from the date the parcel is returned. If you return more than one item, the items may not all be processed at the same time.
Why haven't I received my refund yet?
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team. Be sure to provide your email address and order number/receipt.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £25 within the UK Mainland* (an additional fee applies for the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Isles and International). *Collingwood orders under £150 incur a delivery fee of £9.95 inc. VAT. *Any order under £25 incurs a delivery fee of £9.95.
Can I pay for next day delivery?
Unfortunately, not all brands we sell offer a next-day delivery service. Rest assured, our 'Standard Delivery' will always be the quickest option available and orders are dispatched as soon as possible.
What courier do you use?
As we operate via drop-shipping, the shipping courier is chosen by the brand you purchase from. Commonly used couriers among the brands we work with include FedEx, DPD, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail. Please note that we cannot control the specific courier for your order.

What discount do I get if I'm a trade customer?
Our percentage discounts vary by brand and are not fixed across all products.
Who can apply for a trade account?
You can apply for one of our online trade accounts if you are an electrician, electrical wholesaler, interior designer, architect, landscape gardener, builder, decorator or work in the property and design industry! If you're unsure as to whether your qualify for a trade account, please email us for more information.
