Hudson Valley Lighting

Hudson Valley Lighting takes its name from the stretch of the Hudson River Valley in New York State where the Littman family's lighting business relocated in 1947, after being founded in Brooklyn in 1939 on the strength of William Littman's fascination with the fluorescent lighting shown at that year's World's Fair. His grandson David Littman built the present day company in the 1980s and later brought Corbett Lighting and Troy Lighting into what is now Hudson Valley Lighting Group, but the Hudson Valley collection itself remains the brand built around that original site, described by the company as balancing vintage inspired design with modern sophistication. At Moonlight Design you will find its range of chandeliers, kitchen island and multi light pendants, flush and semi flush ceiling fittings, floor and table lamps, and a wide collection of indoor wall sconces spanning traditional candle style arms through to sleek modern LED designs, largely finished in aged brass, polished nickel or aged bronze.
