Hudson Valley Signature No.1 1 Light Wall Sconce Light - Distressed Bronze

A fully adjustable swing arm sconce from the CLASSICS collection

Signature No.1 is a swing arm wall light developed as part of Hudson Valley's CLASSICS collection with interior designer Mark D. Sikes, built around a simple, adjustable arm and a plain conical shade. Because the arm swings and extends, it works as a genuinely useful reading or task light rather than a purely decorative accent.

Distressed bronze finish with a plain cone shade

The arm and fittings are finished in distressed bronze, a deep, deliberately worn tone with visible texture and variation across the metal. The shade is a smooth, plain cone in soft off white, a simple, tailored detail against the more rustic bronze.

How it works

Signature No.1 takes a single E14 bulb rated up to 40W (not supplied), housed within the shade at the end of the arm. In its folded position it measures around 29cm in height, 20cm in width and 24cm in projection, extending further once the arm is swung out. As a mains wired fitting, it should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Its adjustable arm suits living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways where a flexible reading or accent light is wanted, for example beside a bed, an armchair or a desk, anywhere you might want to redirect the light rather than leave it fixed.
