A compact sphere shaped glass shade on converging chains

This smaller version of Sphere No.2 hangs a single rounded glass globe on chains that converge beneath a shared canopy, a scaled down take on the collection's straightforward circular form. It suits spaces where the larger version would feel too heavy or wide.

Aged brass finish with a glass globe

The canopy, chains and the banded finish on the globe are in aged brass, a warm, softly burnished metal tone that suits kitchens and dining spaces built around warm woods and brass hardware. The globe is glass, left clear around the centre so the light source stays gently visible through the shade.

How it works

This small pendant takes two E27 bulbs, each rated up to 40W (not supplied), housed together within the single globe. It measures around 32.4cm in height and 41.9cm in diameter overall, with a drop adjustable between roughly 57cm and 152cm. As a mains wired fitting, installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

It's designed for kitchens and dining rooms, well suited to a smaller table, breakfast bar or narrower island where a full sized version wouldn't fit comfortably. Its relaxed, chain hung form still gives a sense of scale without dominating a smaller space.
