A disc of alabaster, edge lit for a soft, even glow

Eastport is a disc shaped pendant with an alabaster shade suspended on fine wires, giving it a light, almost floating look. LEDs set around the edge of the disc light the stone from its perimeter rather than from a central point, spreading a pure, even wash across the whole surface.

Aged brass finish with natural alabaster

The edge trim and suspension hardware are finished in aged brass, a warm, softly burnished tone. The disc itself is genuine alabaster stone, so the colour and veining will vary from piece to piece and from any photography you've seen online, part of working with a natural material rather than a flaw.

How it works

Eastport uses a 32W integrated LED, rated at 950 lumens with a warm 2700K colour temperature and a 90 CRI for accurate colour rendering. It's Triac dimmable, so it can be paired with a compatible dimmer switch. It measures around 61cm in diameter and just 3cm deep, with a minimum drop of roughly 29cm. As a mains wired fitting it should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Its scale and soft, even light suit kitchens and dining rooms, particularly above an island or table where its disc shape can be appreciated from below and around. It suits contemporary interiors looking for a calmer, more architectural alternative to a multi arm pendant.
