Connectors & Junction Boxes

A proper waterproof junction box or connector protects a cable joint from moisture, one of the most common points of failure in an outdoor circuit if left exposed. Collingwood's JB1 and JB4 junction boxes handle series wired circuits, the JB5 handles parallel wiring, and the JB6 and JB7 give a more compact inline gel filled connection for joining two cable ends directly. Always use a gel filled or IP rated connector for any joint located outdoors or below ground.
