A Square Edge for Paths, Decks and Water Features

This is the square bezel version of Collingwood's GL016 ground light. It gives you the same submersible fitting as the round GL016, but with a squared off face that lines up neatly against square paving, decking boards or a straight edged pool surround, rather than standing out as a circle against a grid.

Stainless Steel 316, Built for the Ground

The body and bezel are stainless steel 316, the grade normally chosen for coastal and marine settings because it resists corrosion so well. It's rated IP68 and submersible to 9 metres, and it carries an IK09 impact rating, so it's built to be walked over as part of a path or patio rather than just tolerate the occasional footstep.

How It Works

• Low voltage fitting that needs a separate driver, it doesn't run straight off mains.
• Wired in series, so several GL016 units can share one driver rather than needing a driver each.
• Runs at 1W on a 350mA driver or 2W on a 700mA driver, giving you a choice of output depending on how many fittings are on the run.
• 26 degree beam angle with a CRI of 80, and available in 2700K, 3000K or 4000K so you can match it to the rest of your garden lighting.
• 50mm cutout for installation.

Recessed into decking, set along a path, or dropped into the surround of a pond or water feature, this light does its job by staying out of sight during the day and marking the route or the edge after dark. Because it's rated for coastal use as well as fully submersible, it suits exposed gardens and waterside settings that would corrode a lesser fitting quickly.
