An aluminium sleeve that gets set into concrete, soil or sand before a Collingwood ground light goes in, so the fitting has a clean, stable hole to drop into once the groundwork is finished. Fitting it at the pouring or paving stage means you're not left cutting or coring a hole to size after the fact, and it stops the surrounding material from crumbling into the recess over time.
This is the 56mm diameter version (TUBE/50), suited to Collingwood's smaller ground light bodies such as the GL016, GL019 and GL100 ranges, and it has a cut hole for the cable to exit to the side rather than straight up through the base. Worth checking your chosen ground light's cut-out and depth requirements before ordering, as the tube needs to match the fitting going into it.
