A Recessed Light You Can Drive Over
The Hunza Pure LED Washer Recessed sits almost flush with the ground, with a flange just 3mm deep. In stainless steel it is the tough choice, because the flange can be walked on without damaging the luminaire, and this is the finish rated for driving over. An asymmetric optic throws light toward the surface you want to wash, with little to no glare. It is supplied with a mounting canister.
Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel
The flange and body are made in marine grade 316 stainless steel, which holds a clean brushed finish and suits paving, decking and hard landscaping. A light surface tarnish can appear in some environments, and regular washing keeps it under control. Copper and powder coated versions exist too, but only the stainless steel one is suitable for driving over.
How It Works
- An integrated Cree LED chip with serviceable parts, giving 400 lumens from 6 watts and a CRI of 80 or more at 3000K.
- Colour temperatures of 2200K, 2700K, 3000K and 4000K.
- The canister is 100mm wide and 100mm deep, with a 110mm diameter flange only 3mm deep. A 1m cable is supplied.
- Maximum drive over speed is 10 km/h (6 mph), with a maximum load rating of 2000kg (4400lbs). This applies to stainless steel only.
- Low voltage and wired in series, so a remote driver is required. It can be dimmed with a suitable dimmable driver.
- Rated IP67, with a 10 year warranty and 5 years on the LED.

Planning Your Scheme With Us

- Made to order: usually ships within 2 to 3 days. If your specification is temporarily out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
- Returns accepted within 14 days if the fitting is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
- A remote driver is required and sold separately, and the fitting must be wired in series.
- Drive over rating applies to the stainless steel finish only.
