An integrated LED spotlight for precise, directional light
The Hunza Pure LED Wall Spot keeps the same fully adjustable arm as the standard Wall Spot, 360 degree rotation and 0 to 90 degree elevation, so you can aim the beam exactly where you want it. The difference is the light source: the LED is built into the fitting rather than a replaceable lamp. This version is solid copper and runs on low voltage.
The copper finish
The head and wall plate are solid copper, not plated, so they weather and darken outdoors over time, developing a deeper tone and, in some settings, a green verdigris. Hunza designs the finish to age this way. The short pivot connecting the head to the wall plate is brass, standard across the range.
How It Works
The LED chip sits inside the fitting, so there is no lamp to source or replace, though Hunza notes the parts are serviceable. At the point of ordering you choose colour temperature, beam angle and lens: 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, in 15, 25, 38 or 60 degree beam angles, clear or frosted. The head measures 63.5mm in diameter and 75mm long, with a 45mm arm and a 78mm diameter, 28mm deep wall base, supplied with a 1 metre cable. It runs at 600 lumens from 6 watts, and PureLED low voltage fittings must be installed in series with a remote driver rather than the driver being built in.

Suited to the same single features as the standard Wall Spot: a specimen tree, a piece of sculpture, steps, or an architectural detail, where you want an integrated LED solution rather than a replaceable lamp.

Questions People Ask
Can I change the LED colour temperature later?
No. Colour temperature, beam angle and lens are all chosen at the point of ordering and built into the fitting, so they cannot be swapped afterwards the way a replaceable lamp could be.
What is the difference between this and the standard Wall Spot?
The standard Wall Spot takes a replaceable Hunza approved MR16 LED lamp. This PureLED version has the LED built permanently into the fitting, wired in series with a remote driver rather than a transformer.
How long before the copper changes colour?
It varies with local rainfall and air quality, but most copper Hunza fittings visibly darken within the first year or two outdoors and continue to deepen after that.
Is this fitting dimmable?
Yes, if it is run with a suitable dimmable driver. The driver itself is sold separately and needs to be dimmer compatible for this to work.
