Stone Globe Spherical Garden Light - Bath Stone - Low Voltage

A Bath Stone Effect Garden Globe for 12V Lighting

The Stone Globe Spherical Garden Light in Bath Stone is a stone effect outdoor globe light for low voltage 12V systems. It comes in three sizes, 28cm, 38cm and 50cm in diameter, and is made from polyethylene with a rough surface that weathers naturally. It suits path, driveway and patio lighting, and works as a garden globe light by night and a decorative sphere by day. The 50cm globe is a large fitting, so please check these measurements against your space before ordering.

Bath Stone Finish, Low Voltage Version

Bath Stone is the pale, creamy stone effect in the Stone Globe range. The moulded surface is rough and uneven, like cut stone, and it weathers naturally outdoors. This is the low voltage 12V version, so it needs a Stone Globe approved transformer. Stone Globe also makes mains 230V, plug and play and solar globes in the same finishes, each sold as its own product. You can choose a version with no cable, the standard 0.45m cable or a 5m cable.

How It Works

The globe runs from a 12V supply through a Stone Globe approved transformer. The bulb is supplied: 2.8W G4 in the 28cm, 5W E27 in the 38cm and 7W E27 in the 50cm. The globe has a 12.5cm circular mounting base bracket with a 25mm cable gland, plus earth connection parts. An optional ground spike is available. The polyethylene globe is rated IP65, so it is protected against dust and water jets. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

Where It Works Best

Use it to light a driveway or a garden path, to mark a border or terrace edge, or to give a warm glow for evenings outside. Several globes can be grouped together for a layered look.
