Twice the Light in Your Choice of Seven Colours

The LuxR Modux 4 Pole Spot in powder coat is a slim low voltage spotlight on a 400mm pole, with a 4 watt LED that gives roughly twice the light of the Modux 2. Seven powder coat colours let you either hide the fitting in the border or match it to the rest of your garden. The head adjusts, so you can aim it exactly where it is needed.

Powder Coated Aluminium

This version is made in aluminium with a UV stable polyester Eco matt powder coat, offered in matt black, matt bronze, matt olive green, matt white, matt white birch, matt dark grey and matt silver star. Matt black is a deep, non reflective black, and matt bronze is a dark brown that sits comfortably beside timber, bark and soil. Inside is a screw mounted 4 watt Cree LED, which the brand states delivers around 360 lumens.

Choose Your Colour, Beam, Temperature and Lens

Colour: select any of the seven powder coat finishes.
Beam: 26º is a narrow beam that reaches up a tall tree, 36º is medium, and 74º is a wide spread for planting.
Colour temperature: 2200K is a very warm glow, 2700K and 3000K are warm white, and 4000K is a neutral white.
Lens: clear for the sharpest beam, frosted for softer edges.

How It Works

Push the pole into the soil and tilt the head towards your subject. The fitting runs on low voltage and needs a suitable driver, which is not included. Choose a dimmable driver if you want to dim it. The LED and the optic can be replaced later without changing the fitting.

Moonlight Design recommends that all lighting should be installed by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where It Works Best

This is the version to pick when you want more output in a colour that suits your scheme: lighting a large tree, washing a wall of planting or picking out a sculpture from a distance. The 400mm pole keeps the head above lower planting. We can also supply longer poles, so please contact us to discuss the length you need.

Is a driver included?

No. It is a low voltage fitting and needs a suitable driver, sold separately. We recommend a registered electrician installs it.

Can I get a longer pole?
