A Mains Sign Light in Warm Copper
This Hunza Sign Light GU10 is built for people who want to light a sign or a wall without installing a transformer. It connects straight to the mains, and a swivelling GU10 head on a 500mm arm throws the light where you need it. In solid copper it brings a little warmth to a business sign, a house name or an architectural detail.
Solid Copper and How It Ages
The copper here is solid, not coated, and Hunza intends it to weather naturally. Expect a bright, warm look at first, then a slow shift towards brown and eventually soft green. Nothing is wrong when this happens, as it is simply how copper behaves outdoors. Anyone who prefers a steadier appearance can choose the stainless steel or powder coated aluminium versions.
How It Works
- Fully adjustable, with 360 degrees of rotation and 0 to 90 degrees of elevation.
- Body diameter 63.5mm and body length 90mm. The pole is 38mm in diameter and 500mm long, with a 75mm base 28mm deep.
- Mains powered, with no driver required, and wired in parallel.
- Takes a GU10 lamp, which is not supplied. Use a Hunza approved LED to maintain the IP rating and warranty.
- Can be dimmed when dimmable LEDs are installed.
- Rated IP66 with a 10 year warranty.

Good to Know
- Made to order: usually ships within 2 to 3 days. If your specification is temporarily out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
- Returns accepted within 14 days if the fitting is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
- No lamp is supplied, so a GU10 LED must be bought separately.
- Solid copper will darken and patina outdoors. This is normal.
- We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Does the GU10 version need a transformer?
No. It runs from the mains and no driver is required.
What lamp should I fit?

Will the finish change over time?
