Copper That Glows Warm Among the Branches

This Hunza Hanging Light is a single copper spotlight for hanging high in a tree, from a fence or under an overhang. Light drops from above, much like moonlight filtering through leaves. A 3m cable and a 3m stainless steel hanging wire are included, so it can go straight up once your electrician has planned the run.

Copper That Weathers and Patinates

The body is copper, a natural finish that Hunza designs to be left outdoors and to weather. New, it is bright and warm. Over time it deepens to brown and then to a soft green, the way copper guttering or a roof does. That change is part of its character and is not a fault. It makes this a lovely choice among foliage, where a soft green will blend in.

How It Works

• Body diameter 63.5mm and length 75mm, small enough to disappear into a canopy.
• Comes with 3m of cable and 3m of stainless steel hanging cable.
• IP66 rated, wired in parallel and covered by a 10 year warranty.
• Lamp not supplied. Use a Hunza approved MR16 LED lamp to maintain the IP rating and warranty.
• Low voltage, so a transformer is also needed.

Where It Works Best

• High in an oak, beech or fruit tree to give a gentle downwards glow
• Hung from a pergola or arbour over a dining or seating spot
• On a fence or wall bracket line to light a border from above
• Beneath eaves or a canopy, where copper will age with the building

• Made to order: usually ships within 2 to 3 days. If your specification is temporarily out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
• Returns accepted within 14 days if the fitting is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
• Copper will darken and patinate outdoors. This is normal and not a fault.
• No lamp is included, and a Hunza approved LED keeps the warranty valid.
• Needs a transformer for the low voltage supply.
• We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.
