Flambeau Red Bell Single Table Lamp - Silver

Where the Gold version of the Red Bell buffet lamp leans warm, this Silver Leaf edition takes the same rising and falling leaf motif along its column and gives it a cooler, more muted finish. A matching tapered shade and leaf finial complete the design at the top, just as on the Gold version.

Silver finish

Silver Leaf suits a room already working with cooler metals, chrome, brushed steel or pewter, and reads as a slightly more contemporary option than the warmer gold finish. The leaf texture still catches the light along the column, just in a cooler tone.

How it works

This is a single light buffet lamp. No bulb is included, so you'll want to pick one up to go with it. As with any lamp of this height, it's worth having a qualified electrician check things over if you're not confident doing it yourself.

Where it works best

Its height and column design make it better suited to a raised surface, a console, sideboard or hall table, rather than a low bedside unit, so the leaf detailing sits at a height where it can actually be seen. It's designed purely for indoor use.

The story behind Flambeau

Behind every Flambeau design is a company that started almost by chance, when New Orleans area businessman Joe McKearn spotted an unusual table lamp in a friend's studio in late 1999 and tracked down its maker, Paul Gruer, a former fine jewellery designer. Founded in Baton Rouge in 2000, Flambeau has produced lamps, sconces and chandeliers with that same jewellery inspired attention to detail ever since, including this Red Bell design, brought to the UK from 2012 onward through Elstead Lighting's manufacturing licence, adapted for 220 to 240V wiring and CE certified.
