Sylvan is built around silver coloured metal ribbons that twist and loop into rings at their tips, framing a round diffuser finished in polished chrome that houses the integrated LEDs. Because the LEDs are built in rather than using separate bulbs, you get an even, glare free wash of light straight from the fitting with no lamps to source or change.
Sitting close to the ceiling, this semi-flush design is a practical option for kitchens with lower ceilings or for use over a kitchen island where you want focused light without a fitting hanging too low. It would also work well in a hallway or landing where a decorative but compact ceiling light is needed.
