A single G9 capsule bulb, 10W maximum, sits at the centre of the fitting and is not included. It can be dimmed provided you fit dimmable bulbs and use it with a compatible dimmer switch. Wiring is to Class I standards, so an earth connection is required at installation, and the IP20 rating means it's built for dry indoor rooms rather than anywhere damp or splash prone.
