Luxram Pixy G9 LED 7W Lamp - 3000K Warm White - Dimmable

A Dimmable 7W G9 LED Capsule in Warm White

The Luxram Pixy G9 is a 7W LED lamp with a two pin G9 cap, giving 540 lumens of warm white 3000K light. It is dimmable with a suitable dimmer, so it works as a dimmable G9 LED bulb for lamps, wall lights and small pendants. If you are looking for a G9 capsule LED to replace an older halogen or low energy capsule, this is a straightforward swap.

Slim Capsule Shape with a Warm Light

This is a slim capsule style lamp with a clear tube and rows of small LED chips visible inside, mounted on a white base. The 3000K colour temperature is a soft warm white, a little crisper than a traditional 2700K bulb, which suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and kitchens. Luxram states a colour rendering index (CRI) of 80, and a 360 degree beam angle, so the light spreads in all directions around the lamp.

How It Works

The lamp has a G9 cap and runs from a 220 to 240V mains supply. It uses 7W and gives 540 lumens. It is dimmable, but a suitable dimmer is required. Not every dimmer works with every LED lamp, so please check the dimmer manufacturer's compatibility list before you buy. If you do not use a dimmer, it works on a normal switch.

Where It Works Best

The G9 cap is common in decorative wall lights, table lamps, small chandeliers and pendants, and some cabinet and downlight fittings. Before ordering, check that your fitting takes a G9 cap and that there is room for a lamp 62mm high and 16mm in diameter, including the cap.
