The elongated form spreads the sparkle along a run rather than concentrating it in one spot.

How It Works

Nineteen G9 capsule bulbs, each rated at 10W maximum, provide the light source, and these are not included so will need to be bought alongside the fitting. It can be dimmed if you use dimmable bulbs together with a compatible dimmer switch. The electrics are Class I, so an earth connection is required during installation. This is an IP20 rated fitting, meaning it's built for dry indoor rooms rather than anywhere damp.

Where It Works Best

Its long, oval shape is particularly well suited to a long dining table or a kitchen island, where you want even coverage of light along a run rather than a single central point. As it's IP20 rated, it should stay in dry indoor rooms, so it isn't intended for bathrooms.

This pendant belongs to the Grosvenor range and is built from an iron frame, with the angled stem arrangement doing the work of catching and scattering light through the crystal discs. Stretching the usual round profile into an oval gives it a slightly different presence, better suited to spaces that run wide rather than deep.
