Standing over a metre and a half tall, this Farnley floor lamp holds eight lights within a brass frame, each dimmed down by a smoked glass shade. Rather than throwing bright, functional light, it's built for a softer evening glow that suits a corner or a spot beside a sofa.

Choosing Your Finish

Smoked glass against the brass frame gives a darker, moodier tone than the clearer glass options elsewhere in the Farnley design. If you'd prefer something brighter, other frame and glass combinations are available within the same range.

How It Works

Eight G9 capsule bulbs sit behind the smoked shades, each rated up to 10W maximum and not included. A foot switch built into the base makes it simple to turn on and off without bending down to the fitting itself, and it's dimmable if fitted with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. Wired to Class I standards, it needs an earth connection, and its IP20 rating restricts it to dry indoor rooms.
