Choosing Your Finish

Polished nickel gives this piece a cool, reflective quality that suits contemporary interiors, and the clear glass rods let plenty of light through rather than filtering it. The same Farnley design is also available with a satin black frame and smoked or amber glass, so there's a darker option if that suits your scheme better.

How It Works

Four G9 capsule bulbs are needed, 10W maximum each, not included. It's dimmable if used with dimmable bulbs, and it's wired to Class I standards, meaning an earth connection is required. The IP20 rating means it's designed for dry indoor spaces only.

Where It Works Best

As a wall light it works well flanking a mirror, either side of a bed, or spaced along a hallway or landing where you want light without using up ceiling space. It also suits a kitchen, dining room or living room as a secondary source of light.

Part of the wider Farnley range, this piece uses the same glass rod construction as the pendant versions, just arranged along a horizontal bar rather than around a central frame. The rods sit in a mix of long and short lengths, made from stainless steel, iron and glass, giving the fitting a level of texture that a plain shade wouldn't offer.
