How It Works

Five G9 capsule bulbs power this fitting, each rated up to 10W and not supplied, and the opal glass helps the light spread more evenly across the room than a bare or clear shade would. It's dimmable when fitted with dimmable bulbs, and it carries a Class I electrical rating, meaning it needs to be earthed as part of installation. Its IP20 rating means it's intended for dry indoor rooms rather than anywhere exposed to moisture.

Where It Works Best

This one works nicely in a dining room, hallway or stairwell, anywhere you want reasonably diffuse overall light rather than a single bright glare. As it's IP20 rated it isn't suitable for bathrooms, so it's best kept to dry living and circulation spaces.
