It's wired to Class I electrical standards, requiring an earth connection, and carries an IP20 rating, meaning it's intended for dry indoor spaces only rather than bathrooms or damp areas.

Given its scale, this pendant is at its best in a stairwell, a tall entrance hall or a dining room with generous ceiling height, where it can hang with room to spare and act as the main focal point of the space.
