The Chandos pendant brings together clear, amber and smoked glass around twelve individual G9 lampholders, each drop hung at a slightly different length from a polished chrome frame. That staggered arrangement gives it a sense of movement that a more formal, symmetrical chandelier wouldn't have, while the mix of glass tones adds warmth without relying on colour alone.

Polished chrome keeps this piece feeling current rather than overly traditional, letting the varied glass tones stay the focus. Fittings in the Chandos style are available in other finishes too, so there may be an alternative if chrome doesn't suit the rest of your fittings.

How It Works

Twelve G9 lamp holders sit among the glass drops, each taking a bulb of up to 10W, sold separately. It's dimmable if used with dimmable bulbs, and wired to Class I standards, meaning it needs an earth connection when installed. Please note an adaptor is required as part of fitting this pendant. Its IP20 rating means it's intended for dry indoor spaces only.

Where It Works Best

With a maximum drop of 323cm, there's plenty of scope to hang this over a tall stairwell or a double height space, as well as more standard rooms such as a dining room or hallway. It works best somewhere with enough ceiling height for the staggered drops to hang properly.
