The H2 Lite Fixed Downlight is Collingwood's slimline fire-rated downlight, designed to fit ceiling voids as shallow as 46mm where deeper fittings simply won't go. It's rated at 4.3W, producing 460 lumens at 3000K or 490 lumens at 4000K, which puts it in the 107 to 114 lumens per watt range. There's no separate driver to source or hide away, as it's built into the fitting, and this matt white version comes complete with its bezel.
Installation is via Collingwood's two-part Easy-Fit connector, letting an electrician terminate the ceiling plate at first fix and leave the light itself to click in once the ceiling is finished, which is handy on new builds and renovations alike. It's IP65 from below and IP20 from above, so it's suitable for bathroom zone 1, and it carries fire-rating approval over solid timber, I-joist and metal web ceiling constructions.
It's TRIAC mains dimmable, made from mild steel with fire-retardant plastic components, and comes with a 10 year warranty. If a previous downlight has left a larger hole than the H2 Lite needs, Collingwood's hole converter plate can be bought separately to cover the gap.
