How It Works
A single E14 lamp holder sits inside the shade, delivering an even spread of light across the room. The fitting is Class II electrically, meaning it does not require an earth connection during installation. With an IP44 rating, it's protected against splashing water from any direction.

What type of bulb does it need?
The Sycamore takes a single E14 LED bulb rated up to 20W. We recommend LED for longer life and cooler running. Bulbs are sold separately.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
Yes, the IP44 rating makes it suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2. That covers mirror surrounds and the areas immediately above sinks and vanities, as long as it is not mounted directly inside a shower enclosure.
Can I dim the light?
You can, provided you use dimmable LED bulbs and a dimmer switch installed in your circuit. Not all dimmer switches work with all LEDs, so it's worth checking compatibility when you buy your bulbs.
