This flush ceiling light in silver, with a simple white acrylic shade, has an IP44 rating that makes it a practical choice for bathrooms as well as everyday living spaces. Its low profile keeps it neat and unobtrusive.

How it works
This light has an integrated LED source, which is not replaceable, giving 700 lumens at a warm 3000K colour temperature. It isn't dimmable. This is a Class II, double insulated fixture, so it doesn't need an earth connection, though as a hardwired ceiling fitting it should still be installed by a qualified electrician.
Where it works best
With its IP44 rating, it's well suited to bathrooms as well as hallways and utility spaces. UK bathrooms are split into zones with different minimum IP rating requirements depending on how close a fitting is to water, so it's worth checking your bathroom lighting zones and regulations before ordering.
