The Searchlight Peel 3 Light Flush combines black and chrome metalwork with frosted glass diffusers, giving a classic flush ceiling light a slightly more contemporary edge. Its low profile design makes it a practical choice for rooms with lower ceilings, including bathrooms.
Materials and finish
Made from mild steel and glass, finished in black with chrome detailing and frosted glass diffusers.
How it works
Takes 3 x E14 candle bulbs (not supplied) and is dimmable when fitted with suitable dimmable bulbs and a compatible LED dimmer switch such as a V-Pro rotary dimmer. It's wired as Class II with double insulation, so no earth connection is needed, though as a hardwired ceiling fixture it should still be installed by a qualified electrician.
Where it works best
With an IP44 rating, this flush light is suited to bathrooms as well as other indoor rooms. As UK bathrooms are divided into zones with different minimum IP rating requirements depending on how close a fixture is to water, it's worth checking the bathroom lighting zones and regulations before ordering.
