A Wide, Bright Flush Light for Bathrooms
This flush ceiling light spans a generous 40cm across, its chrome ring framing a crystal sand textured diffuser that scatters a bright, even wash of light across the ceiling. Being IP44 rated, it is built to cope with the humidity of a bathroom as well as everyday living spaces.
Materials and Finish
The outer ring is finished in polished chrome, with a diffuser made from plastic, acrylic and PS finished with a crystal sand texture that catches the light rather than showing every fingerprint. It's a flat, low profile shape designed to sit close to the ceiling.
How It Works
An integrated LED delivers 1800 lumens at a cool white 4000K colour temperature, giving a bright, functional light rather than a warm glow. It is not dimmable. As a Class II, double insulated fitting, it does not require an earth connection. We always recommend having any hardwired light like this installed by a qualified, registered electrician.
Where It Works Best
With its IP44 rating this light is intended for bathrooms, and UK bathrooms are split into zones with different minimum IP rating requirements depending on how close a fitting sits to water, so it's worth checking which zone you're fitting into before ordering. You can find a full explanation in this guide to bathroom lighting zones and regulations. Its bright, even spread also makes it a practical choice for a utility room or hallway.
