A Traditional Lamp Post for Driveways and Front Gardens
The Searchlight Acton is a tall, freestanding lamp post finished in black, styled after a classic hexagonal street lantern and built to mark a driveway, path or front garden entrance after dark.
Materials and Finish
The post and lantern head are cast from aluminium and finished in black, with clear bevelled glass panels set into the hexagonal head and a fluted column running down to a decorative base plinth.
How It Works
It takes a single E27 bulb, not included, and is not dimmable. As a Class I fitting it needs to be earthed, so installation should always be carried out by a qualified electrician, along with the groundworks needed to run cable out to the post.
Where It Works Best
Rated IP44 and standing 183cm tall, the Acton is suited to driveways, front gardens and pathways where a taller, freestanding light is needed rather than a wall mounted fitting.
