Schwung Odyssey Santorini Large Single Wall Sconce Light - Opal Mat Glass

The Odyssey Santorini Large is the most commanding fitting in the Santorini collection and one that genuinely earns its presence on a wall. At the larger end of the Odyssey arched glass cloche range, the globe has real scale and the warm, sun bleached finish exclusive to the Santorini line gives it a softer, more mineral quality than the standard Odyssey pieces. The opal mat glass is mouth blown in cast iron moulds, producing a frosted surface with the depth and consistency that only hand made glass achieves.

The large globe produces a generous, warm and diffused glow that makes an entrance hall, landing or principal bathroom feel properly inhabited. It suits rooms with height and presence, including generous hallways, large bathrooms, and bedrooms where a single considered wall light makes more sense than a pair. Like all Schwung fittings, it is made to order in solid brass and hand blown glass at their workshop in Namyslow, Poland.

N.B:

• Clean brass frames regularly using a soft cloth or duster. A damp cloth may also be used. Make sure the frame is dry before switching it back on. DO NOT use any cleaning agents for brass parts.
• Clean glass globes regularly with a soft dry cloth. Clean only the outside of the globe. For dirtier glass, use a wet cloth first. Grease can be cleaned with a gentle glass cleaner.
• All Schwung fittings are made to order and are therefore non-returnable.
