Three Lights, One Long Wash Of Glow

Three fluted opal glass shades run along a single brass bar, each on its own curved arm, giving a wider spread of light than a two light version of the same fitting. In brushed brass the metal is warm and matte rather than shiny, closer to old brass hardware that has been lightly worked rather than polished mirror bright.

Brushed Brass Or Polished Chrome

The same three light design is also made in polished chrome. Brass fits a bathroom with warmer tones, wood vanities or aged mirror frames, where a bright metal would look out of place. Chrome suits white and pale grey schemes or a room already fitted with chrome taps and rails. The shades, arms and spacing are identical between the two, so the finish is the only real choice.

How It Works

Each of the three arms takes one 3.5W LED G9 lamp, so three in total, and none are supplied. Fit dimmable G9 bulbs on a compatible dimmer and the fitting will dim, standard G9 lamps will just run at one brightness. It is Class I, meaning it needs a proper earth connection, and being hardwired it should go in by a qualified electrician.

Where It Works Best

At 61cm wide this is the fitting to choose over a wider double mirror or a longer stretch of bathroom wall, where the two light version at 35.7cm would look too narrow. Both share the same 23.7cm height and 17.1cm projection, so the three light version simply adds width and an extra shade rather than changing how far it sits off the wall.
