Quintiesse Rigby Single Bathroom Wall Light - Polished Chrome

The smallest fitting in the Rigby family, this single light wall light distils the range's American barn light styling into a compact single arm design. It's built around the same cast socket cover and mesh shade detailing as the larger Rigby fittings, just scaled down to a single point of light.

Polished chrome finish

Finished in bright polished chrome, this single Rigby suits bathrooms with a cleaner, more contemporary palette, chrome fittings or white sanitaryware. Its clear seeded glass shade takes the edge off the bare bulb look while still letting plenty of light through.

How it works

It takes a single E27 LED bulb, not supplied. Fit a dimmable LED if you want control over brightness, as a standard bulb will run at one fixed level. This is a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed mains supply and installation by a qualified electrician. The IP44 rating means it's built to withstand splashes and steam, suitable for bathroom zones 2 and 3.

Where it works best

At just 20.3cm wide and 1.5kg, this is the fitting to reach for either side of a smaller mirror, above a single basin, or anywhere space is tight, a small en suite, a cloakroom, or as a pair flanking a shaving mirror. Its compact scale also makes it a natural choice where you want a matching pair of lights rather than one wide fitting.
