Quintiesse Hudson 3 Light Bathroom Wall Light - Polished Chrome

Larger mirrors and double basins need more than a single point of light, and the Hudson 3 Light Wall Light is scaled to answer that. Three polished chrome arms, each carrying a clear cut glass shade, spread a soft and even light across a wider stretch of wall than the smaller Hudson fittings can manage.

Polished chrome gives the metalwork a bright, almost mirror like finish that sits naturally alongside chrome taps, towel rails and mirror frames. The clear cut glass shades diffuse rather than block the light, and because each arm swivels, you can angle the shades up for a softer wash or down for a more direct beam.

How it works

The Hudson 3 Light takes 3 x 3W LED G9 bulbs, not supplied, giving you a choice between warm and cool white depending on the bulbs you fit. Dimming works only if dimmable G9 bulbs are used. As a Class I fitting, it needs to be connected to an earthed supply and wired in by a qualified electrician. Its IP44 rating means it's designed to withstand the splashes and steam of daily bathroom use.

Where it works best

At 54.5cm wide, this fitting is suited to wider vanity units or double basins, where a single narrow light wouldn't give even coverage across the whole mirror. It weighs 4kg, so it should be fixed securely into a stud or solid wall, and it comes into its own in family bathrooms or larger ensuites that need more light spread across the space.
