This single light Hadrian flush fitting pairs a compact, dome shaped shade with a dark oil rubbed bronze finish, giving it more visual weight than the lighter finishes in the range despite its small size.

Oil rubbed bronze and etched opal glass

Oil rubbed bronze has a dark, almost blackened tone that suits bathrooms with a moodier, more traditional palette, dark tiling or matt black fittings in particular. The etched opal glass shade softens the single bulb inside into a diffused glow, so the finish, rather than the bulb, is what catches the eye.

How it works

Takes 1 x E27 bulb, not supplied, and only dims with a dimmable bulb fitted, as there's no dimmer built in. It's a Class I fitting, requiring an earthed supply and installation by a qualified electrician. Its IP44 rating means it can handle splashing water, so it's suitable for bathroom zones 2 and 3, though you should confirm the zone layout of your own bathroom, our bathroom lighting guide explains the zones in more detail.
