Quintiesse Epsilon 2 Light Wall Light - Aged Brass

The Epsilon 2 light wall light pairs tall linen shades with an aged brass frame, giving a softer, more textile led take on the Epsilon family that reads as warm and residential rather than purely decorative.

Aged brass and linen

Brass and steel form the frame, finished in aged brass, while two tall linen shades sit above the arms to diffuse the light through fabric rather than glass. It's a taller, more architectural fitting than a single light wall sconce, at 45.7cm high and 30.5cm wide, so it reads more as a feature than a discreet accent.

How it works

It takes two 40W E14 bulbs, which are not supplied. It will dim if dimmable bulbs are fitted, though there is no dimmer built into the fixture. As a Class I fitting it needs an earthed electrical supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. It is rated IP44, giving protection against splashing water.

Where it works best

Given its taller profile, this suits spaces with a bit more wall height to play with, either side of a bathroom mirror, along a landing, or flanking a hallway console. Its IP44 rating means it can handle the occasional splash, so it's a reasonable fit for a family bathroom as well as drier spaces where its scale and linen shades can be shown off.
