The Braelyn 2 light bathroom wall light takes its cues from reclaimed industrial lighting, pairing a slender steel frame with two clear seeded glass shades whose gently pitted texture recalls old fashioned storage jars. It is a compact fitting, sized for flanking a mirror rather than dominating a wall.
Polished Chrome finish
In polished chrome, the frame takes on a cool, reflective finish that reads as more contemporary than the brass option, and pairs naturally with chrome taps, towel rails and other bright metal fittings already common in bathrooms.
How it works
It runs on two E27 LED bulbs, sold separately. Choose dimmable bulbs if you want the fitting to dim, standard bulbs will not respond to a dimmer. The fitting is Class I, meaning it must be earthed and fitted by a qualified electrician, and it carries an IP44 rating, giving it protection against splashes.
Where it works best
With a width of 37.4cm and a 14.5cm projection, it is well suited to mounting either side of a mirror above a single basin, in an ensuite, guest bathroom or cloakroom, where two smaller light sources either side of the face give more even, shadow free light than one central fitting.
