The 4 light Azores wall light in natural brass is the collection's statement piece, four cylindrical shades running along a 69.1cm bar for bathrooms that want both a wide spread of light and a warmer, more furnished feel than chrome offers. It suits walls where a smaller fitting would look lost, from a double vanity to a long run above a basin.
The natural brass finish
The natural brass finish has a soft, warm tone that Quintiesse describes as part of a range of hand applied and hand finished treatments across its collections, giving each fitting a slightly individual character rather than a flat uniform coat. Across four shades this warmth becomes more noticeable, and works well against wood panelled vanities, warm stone or brass tapware, and traditional or hotel style bathroom schemes.
How it works
Four E14 LED lamps are required and not included. The fitting only dims if dimmable E14 bulbs are fitted, a standard LED will not dim even with a compatible dimmer switch. It is a Class I fitting, so it requires an earthed supply and should be wired in by a qualified electrician. With an IP44 rating, it is protected against splashes and humidity, suitable for the more exposed spots in a bathroom.
Where it works best
At 69.1cm wide and 2.8kg, this fitting is intended for a longer stretch of wall, such as above a double vanity or a wide mirror, where its four shades give a more even and generous light than a single smaller fitting could. It suits larger family bathrooms, ensuites, or any bathroom being styled with a warmer, more traditional finish.
