Nuura Liila 1 Light Small IP44 Wall/Flush Light - Dark Bronze & Optic Clear Glass

Liila 1 Small is the entry point into Nuura's Liila collection, a single mouth blown glass globe set just off a slim, circular metal disc. Its small scale is the whole point, designed to work in tight corners and modest spaces where a larger wall or ceiling light would overwhelm the room.

Dark Bronze and optic clear glass

This version sets a deep, matte Dark Bronze backplate against optic clear glass, its lightly faceted surface allowing the light source to show through with a soft sparkle. The dark bronze reads almost black from a distance, giving the fitting a quieter, more grounded presence than the lighter metal finishes, well suited to darker or more traditional interiors.

How it works

Liila 1 Small takes a single G9 lamp, rated up to 7W, and works equally well as a wall light or a flush ceiling fitting. It's a hardwired fixture and needs to be connected by a qualified electrician rather than plugged in. It measures roughly 14cm across and 14.9cm deep.

Where it works best

Its compact size makes it a natural fit for hallways, landings, and either side of a bathroom mirror, or as a repeated detail along a corridor wall. It's also a useful way to introduce a small pool of ambient light into a reading nook or stairwell.

About Nuura

The Danish brand Nuura has been working with mouth blown glass and warm metal finishes since it was established in Copenhagen in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg. Liila 1 Small distils that philosophy into its smallest possible form.
