Liila 1 Outdoor brings the single sphere design of the Liila collection to exterior walls, pairing a circular metal backplate with a hand blown glass globe. It's built for facades, porches and entrances, offering the same soft, floating character as the indoor Liila 1 but rated for outdoor conditions.
Dark Bronze and opal glass
This version sets a deep Dark Bronze backplate against an opal white glass globe. The opal glass gives an even, softly diffused glow with no visible light source, and the dark bronze finish weathers into a quiet, understated presence against brick, stone or render.
How it works
It takes a single G9 lamp, rated up to 7W, and can be installed as a wall or flush ceiling light, useful for a porch soffit as well as a front wall. It's a hardwired fixture and must be connected by a qualified electrician. With an IP54 rating, it's protected against dust and water splashes from any direction, so it's built to handle exterior conditions. The fitting measures roughly 16.5cm across and 17cm deep.
Where it works best
Liila 1 Outdoor suits front doors, porches, garden walls and other covered exterior spots. Its IP54 rating also means the same fitting is suitable for installation in a bathroom, provided it's positioned in a zone that permits IP44 rated fittings or higher, as covered in our guide, Bathroom Lighting Zones and IP Ratings Explained: The Simple UK Guide.

- Clean with a soft, dry cloth only, avoid household cleaning products on the glass or metal.
