Nuura Liila 1 Light Large IP44 Wall/Flush Light - Nordic Gold & Opal Glass

Liila 1 Large is a bigger scale version of the collection's single sphere wall and ceiling light, built around one larger hand blown glass globe held just off the surface by a slim, circular metal backplate. It keeps the same quiet, floating look as the smaller Liila 1 fittings, just with a bit more visual weight.

Nordic gold finish and opal glass

This version pairs a nordic gold backplate with an opal white glass globe. The opal glass diffuses the light evenly across the whole sphere for a soft, gentle glow, and the warm gold tone gives the metalwork a subtle richness rather than a plain shine.

How it works

Liila 1 Large takes a single G9 lamp (7W) and can be used interchangeably as a wall light or a flush ceiling light. The fitting measures around 25.5cm across and 23cm deep, with a backplate of roughly 14cm. It's a hardwired fixture, so it needs to be connected by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

With an IP44 rating, Liila 1 Large is suitable for installation in a bathroom, provided it's positioned in a zone that permits IP44 fittings, and it also works well in hallways or entrance halls where a single larger light is wanted.
