Choosing The White, 1.4m Finish

Lotus comes in four finishes, black, white, anthracite and rust brown, and in two lengths, 1.2m and 1.4m. This is the longer 1.4m bar in white, a good match for lighter interiors where you want the fitting to disappear into the wall and let the light do the work. If your wall run is shorter, the same design is available as a 1.2m bar; if you want a darker fitting, black and anthracite versions are also available.

How It Works

A single 24W integrated LED runs the full length of the 1.4m bar, producing roughly 2300 lumens of warm white 3000K light. Rather than pointing the light down or up, Lotus channels it sideways from a hidden strip along the edge of the bar, spreading it across the wall at a 120 degree angle for an even wash rather than a hard edged beam. The fitting is Class I, so it needs to be earthed as part of installation, and the LED is integrated rather than a separate replaceable bulb.

Where It Works Best

The extra length of the 1.4m bar suits taller stairwells, wider hallway walls or as a pair either side of a bed or fireplace where you want the light run to feel deliberate rather than token.
