Lotus is a slim aluminium bar that runs almost the full height of a wall panel, its integrated LEDs hidden behind the edges so what you see is a soft glow rather than a row of visible bulbs. In rust bronze, it reads as a piece of architectural trim as much as a light fitting, suited to spaces where a hard edged spotlight would feel too clinical.

Choosing Your Finish

This is the 1.2m version in rust bronze, a warm, slightly weathered looking brown rather than a flat block colour. Mantra also makes Lotus in black, white and anthracite, and in a longer 1.4m size, so the choice comes down to matching nearby metalwork and the length of wall you have to fill. Rust bronze tends to suit warmer schemes with wood or brass accents better than a cooler grey room.

How It Works

An integrated LED module, rated at 18W and delivering around 1900 lumens, runs the length of the bar and casts light from both long edges at a 120 degree beam angle, so it lights the wall around it rather than throwing a narrow beam. The colour temperature is fixed at a warm 3000K. Because the LEDs are integrated, there are no bulbs to change, and the fitting is wired to Class I with an earth connection.

At 124cm tall and just 5.4cm wide, Lotus is built for hallways, living rooms, kitchens and dining spaces where a vertical line of light can define a wall without taking up floor or surface space. Its IP54 rating also means it can go in a bathroom zone where a splash of water is possible, provided it is fitted within the relevant zone rules.
