Choosing The Anthracite Finish

Lotus is made in four finishes, black, white, anthracite and rust brown, and in two lengths, 1.2m and 1.4m. This anthracite version is the shorter 1.2m option, a dark grey tone that sits quietly against most wall colours without drawing attention to the fitting itself, only the light it throws. How It Works

A single 18W integrated LED runs the length of the bar, putting out around 1900 lumens of warm white light at 3000K. The light is directed sideways from a concealed strip rather than downward or upward, so it washes the wall surface on either side of the fitting with a soft 120 degree spread rather than casting a hard beam. Being an integrated LED design, there is no bulb to change, and being Class I, the fitting requires an earth connection as part of installation.

Where It Works Best

At 124cm tall, this size of Lotus works well as a feature strip beside a fireplace, along a hallway, or flanking a kitchen or dining space where you want ambient wall washing rather than task light. Can this go in a bathroom?
Yes. With an IP54 rating this Lotus wall lamp is suitable for bathroom zones 2 and 3. Check the zone guide linked above if you are unsure which zone your wall falls into.

Can I change the bulb if it fails?
No, the LED is integrated into the fitting rather than a separate replaceable bulb, so there is nothing to swap out. This does mean one less thing to source or replace over the life of the fitting.
