Those area numbers refer to programmed groups in the Light Symphony system. They are not 29 physical outputs built into the handset. Controllers and their wiring provide the actual circuits, while programming determines which areas each command operates.

The dimming controls apply to compatible dimmable circuits. They cannot turn a non-dimmable lamp or driver into dimmable equipment.
