The Charlton Duo Deco wall light stacks two smooth, pill shaped glass shades one above the other on a single slim wall bracket, doubling the glow of the original Charlton silhouette into a taller, more sculptural piece. It reads as considered architecture on the wall rather than just a light fitting.

Choose Your Finish

This light ships in your choice of hand blown glass and plated metal finish, chosen when you order. The glass comes in Ribbed, Fine Ribbed, Opaque White, Ribbed Twist or Fine Ribbed Twist, and the metalwork in Polished Brass, Brushed Brass, Weathered Brass, Bronze, Polished Nickel or Satin Nickel. These photos show it in Opaque White glass on a Polished Brass finish, but Leverint blows the same pair of shades in each of the other glass options too, and plates the fittings in any of the other metal tones, so you can match it to the rest of your scheme.

How It Works

Each shade takes its own G9 bulb, up to 4W, so the fitting runs on two G9 bulbs in total. Bulbs aren't supplied as standard, so you'll need to add your own. It's mains dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulb. The fitting measures 400mm tall and 140mm across, mounted from a slim wall bracket. We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where It Works Best

Stack the two glass capsules either side of a mirror or above a console table in a living room, hallway or dining room, or use it as a softer kitchen or bedroom wall light where you want a spread of glow both up and down the wall. Made By Leverint

Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio based in Enfield, London, where every shade is shaped by hand rather than cast from a mould. The studio says it draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company G Farley and Sons, and its founders Andrew Print, John Leveridge and Lee Rowland bring decades of combined lighting design and glass artistry to each piece they make.
