Dark Star Small Lamp, the Compact Way In
The smallest table lamp in the Dark Star collection, its rounded shade built from the same iridescent black and pearly cream glass as the larger pieces in the family, but scaled down for a bedside table or a shelf rather than a console.
Choosing Your Dark Star Piece
At around 44.5cm high with a 30cm shade, this is noticeably more compact than the Large Table Lamp's 49cm shade and single rather than twin lamp arrangement. Choose this where space is limited or where you want the Dark Star look repeated on both bedside tables, and the Large Table Lamp where one bigger light needs to cover a wider surface.
How It Works
A single E14 golf style lamp, rated up to 40W, powers the fitting, which is built with a Class II double insulated construction and a mix of glass and polyester resin in its base. Its smaller lamp size keeps the whole fitting proportionate to its scale.
Where It Works Best
Its compact footprint makes it well suited to bedside tables, bathroom adjacent dressing tables in dry areas, or a shelf where a small pool of coloured light is wanted rather than a bright working lamp. Two used as a pair either side of a bed echo each other without overwhelming the space.

Interiors 1900 has made handmade Tiffany style lamps since 1983, and this small lamp brings that craft down to its most compact scale within the Dark Star range. The glass is still hand mixed while molten and cut into individual panels, so slight variation in the iridescent pattern between lamps is genuine handmade character. It is a smaller expression of a brand that has grown, over four decades, from Tiffany specialism into solid brass and crystal lighting too.
