A Mains Wash Light Finished to Match Your Scheme

The Hunza Wall Down Light GU10 has a fixed head that spreads a steady, even wash of light down a wall or length of cladding. GU10 mains keeps the wiring simple, with no transformer needed. This version is powder coated aluminium, giving a flat matt colour in place of raw metal.

Powder Coated Aluminium in Seven Colours

The colour is baked onto the aluminium instead of sprayed on as wet paint, leaving a harder and more even surface. The seven options are Black, Dark Grey, White, Birch, Bronze, Olive Green and Silver Star. Black and Bronze are Hunza's standard colours and the remainder are made to order. Colours are for guidance only, and swatches are available on request.

How It Works

• Once mounted, the head stays in the direction you gave it, up or down the wall.
• Suitable for timber, masonry or stone, with a mounting base and stainless steel screws in the box.
• Body diameter 63.5mm and length 90mm, on a 75mm diameter base 28mm deep.
• GU10 mains, wired in parallel, with no driver to add. It is not dimmable.
• Requires a Hunza approved GU10 LED lamp, not supplied, to keep the IP rating and warranty valid.
• Rated IP66 with a 5 year warranty.

• Elevations where a colour close to the wall lets the fitting recede in daylight

We have been specifying Hunza since Moonlight Design was founded in 2003, and this powder coated version comes up often when a client wants the fitting to disappear into the wall. • Made to order, normally dispatched within 2 to 3 days. If your colour is out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
• Matt Black and Matt Bronze can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Matt Dark Grey, Matt Olive Green, Matt Silver Star, Matt White and Matt White Birch are made to order and non returnable, final sale unless faulty or damaged.
• No lamp is supplied. A Hunza approved GU10 LED is needed.
• Mains powered, so there is no transformer.
• Request a swatch if you want to check a shade before ordering.
• Installation by a registered NICEIC electrician is recommended.

What colours can I choose from?

Does this version need a transformer?

No. Buy a Hunza approved GU10 LED separately.

What if I choose the wrong colour?
Black and Bronze can go back within 14 days if unused. The made to order colours are final sale unless faulty, so a swatch is worth requesting.

Is there a low voltage version?
Yes, the same fitting is made for low voltage, with a transformer and an MR16 lamp.
